You can display anything on our 7ft x 9ft storefront window right on the iconic high-visibility Bleecker Street, with the popular McDougal Street as the cross street, a location with constant high-foot traffic. The layout flows from a bright front gallery into a deeper, more private interior, creating a natural transition between public-facing activation and immersive experience. The patio adds a rare outdoor element, offering additional flexibility for guests, setup, or breakout use. 

 

This space is fully customizable to your vision. We can add tables, chairs and furniture upon request. For film productions, we provide top-of-the-line equipment rentals for an additional discounted fee, including the ARRI Alexa Mini with Cooke or Zeiss lenses, professional lights, and grip equipment.
